I always tended to slim down when I trained regularly, even though I never tried to diet or did any cardio, but I wasn't sure how it actually worked. Now I think that I nailed it. I was about to eat something, but I was called to do something else, and now is simply too late to eat before the training, so I just made a coffee and sat down to rest a bit. It seems... more »
